Looking up the dictionary, “Art” carries the meaning of execution or implementation—the act of actually creating or performing something. At UTMy, the word “Art” embodies our commitment to nurturing challengers who not only think about global issues intellectually but also execute ideas and implement them in society. This degree is conferred as a degree from the University of Tsukuba in Japan (Bachelor of Arts and Science). In fact, this marks the first time a Japanese university degree is being awarded overseas, making UTMy itself a challenger implementing Japanese university education abroad!
