MRSM Bintulu School Visit

 

Professor Dr. Maki Tsujimura, Dean of the School of Transdisciplinary Science and Design, and Professor Dr. Iwane Suzuki recently visited Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Bintulu (MRSM Bintulu) to conduct a special talk session.
This visit was made possible with the generous support of Mr. Yuki Nakamura, General Manager of Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd and an alumnus of the University of Tsukuba, along with his team.

MRSM Bintulu, a leading boarding school located in Bintulu, Sarawak, is managed by MARA (Majlis Amanah Rakyat).
The visit was warmly hosted by the school’s Principal, Puan Zuraida binti Zaidi, along with the school’s teachers and students. During the session, engaging discussions were held on various topics, including curriculum design, postgraduate opportunities, industry partnerships, and the admissions process. The Principal expressed a strong interest in the University’s innovative transdisciplinary curriculum and its problem-based learning approach.

We remain hopeful that the students of MRSM Bintulu will continue to excel in their academic pursuits and future careers, benefiting from the rich learning experiences and opportunities available to them.
