UTMy Sports Day
On April 26 (Saturday), we successfully hosted the first “Sports Day” at UTMy! This exciting event, inspired by the tradition at Tsukuba Campus in Japan, marked a memorable milestone for our community.
Students, faculty members, and guests came together to enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including “Daruma-san ga Koronda (Red Light, Green Light),” the Karimono Relay, the Two-Person Three-Legged Race, Tamaire, and the Relay. Months of careful planning by students ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to play games, bond with one another, and strengthen our sense of community. We look forward to making “Sports Day” a cherished tradition at UTMy in the years to come!
