University of Tsukuba, Malaysia

On July 8, the JACTIM Awards ceremony was held, featuring presentations by five students from the University of Tsukuba, Malaysia (UTMy). The event was honoured by the presence of Mr. Hiromitsu Narukama, President of JACTIM (Managing Director & CEO, Country Chairman, MITSUI & Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.), and Mr. Yoshiaki Okabe, Chairman of the JACTIM International Culture Exchange Committee (Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd.), along with other distinguished representatives from JACTIM.

Following the students’ presentations, an engaging dialogue took place between the students and the attending company representatives.

Three outstanding presenters were selected as award recipients, with the prizes presented by Mr. Narukama and Mr. Okabe.

This event provided UTMy students with a valuable opportunity to reflect on their academic journeys and connect directly with professionals from leading companies active in Malaysia’s dynamic business landscape.
