On 25th November 2025, the University of Tsukuba, Malaysia (UTMy) had the honour of welcoming 32 students from Mito Daini Senior High School from Ibaraki, Japan. 

The program includes introducing our transdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts and Science, followed by group presentations by the students. We are very impressed with the students' capabilities and passion in their chosen topics, which range from science to social sciences - just like UTMy! To finish off the day, we also held a presentation about the religions in Malaysia and Hijab experience, where all students had fun learning more about Hijab and trying them on.

Thank you very much to the students and teachers of Mito Daini Senior High School for spending the day with us. It was a meaningful exchange, and we hope this visit has sparked new curiosity and inspiration for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
