A significant partnership was established between University of Tsukuba, Malaysia (UTMy) and Japan Graduates' Association of Malaysia (JAGAM) with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration marks a progressive step towards enhancing collaborative opportunities between both parties.

 

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Maki Tsujimura, Dean of the School of Transdisciplinary Science and Design, University of Tsukuba and Mr. Gary Tang, President of JAGAM.

The agreement aims to foster joint initiatives that will benefit educational activities at UTMy, and the broader relationships for both UTMy and JAGAM.

 

The MoU outlines several key initiatives:

• Two scholarships exclusively for students recommended by JAGAM

• UTMy–JAGAM Supplementary Scholarship for Malaysian students studying at UTMy
